Privacy Policy

The Founder Type Test is built to work with as little of your data as possible. Here is the whole picture, in plain English.

What we store

We only store data if you submit the email form. It is limited to:

  • Your email address
  • The timestamp of your consent
  • Your chosen archetype (your quiz result)
  • Your commitment answer (when you plan to start)
  • Anonymous usage events, such as button clicks, that are not linked to your name

If you complete the Business Reality Check and submit it, we additionally store the answers you gave there:

  • Your education type and field
  • Your capital and weekly-hours brackets
  • Industry access via family or close friends — the industry name only, never names or relationships
  • Your anti-preferences (what you refuse to build on)
  • Your lifestyle goal
  • How comfortable you are with AI tools
  • Your audience or channel and its rough size
  • Your income bracket — optional, only if you chose to answer
  • Your savings bracket — optional, only if you chose to answer

Your quiz answers and the circumstances you enter (capital, hours, skills, and so on) live only in your browser's sessionStorage. They never leave your device unless you submit them, and they disappear when you close the tab.

Why we store it

To send you your personalized result and a short email sequence with follow-up tips. That's it. We do not sell your data — to anyone, ever.

Why we ask each section

  • About you — your background and AI comfort decide which ideas you could actually run, not which ones sound nice.
  • Time & budget— so we never recommend a business you can't afford or don't have the hours for.
  • People & reach — inside industry access and an existing audience are real head starts, and your ideas should use them.
  • What you want — your anti-preferences and lifestyle goal rule ideas out; we treat them as hard limits, not suggestions.
  • Money— entirely optional and skippable; it only keeps us from suggesting ideas that can't pay your bills. No sales calls, never shared with anyone.

When the paid Blueprint Session launches, it will ask a few deeper, optional questions after purchase — for example more detail on a family profession or your target income. Those answers are used solely to generate your personal blueprint, nothing else.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the checkbox before submitting your email. Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link; one click ends the sequence.

Who processes it

  • Resend Inc. — email delivery and audience (contact list) storage
  • Vercel — hosting, analytics, and event storage

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, and a portable copy. You can object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
